Everything you might need to know!
What is credit repair?
Consumers have a right to ensure that their credit reports are 100% accurate, and it is 100% legal to dispute items on your credit report. The Federal Trade Commission which was established in 1914 has laws in place to protect the consumer and prevent competitive and unfair practices of businesses. Zap Credit Solutions, LLC is certified & bonded. If you have been impacted by fraud, identity theft, or have questionable items on your credit reports, Zap Credit Solutions is here to help advocate for you on your behalf within your rights of the FCRA. If an account is verifiable or accurate it is the consumer’s responsibility to pay the creditor. The Fair Credit Reporting Acts & Practices are available at FTC.gov.
How long does credit repair take?
The initial process takes 30-45 days to complete the initial investigation. Zap Credit Solutions, LLC does not guarantee specific scores or specific outcomes. The credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, & Transunion) make the final decision on whether an account is deleted. If an account is not deleted within the first 30-45 days we keep working on those items for the duration of the six month contract. During the six month contract with Zap Credit Solutions clients will be counseled on how to establish and build good credit.
Is there any guarantee?
